Please review these for answers to common questions.



Can I make a Reservation Online?

- Yes, you sure can!  Click Here, or click "SEARCH RV SITES" in the top menu, enter your dates, and click Search.  Find the perfect spot, and click "Book Now." After entering your payment info, we save your reservation in our booking software!  It's super easy, fast, and seamless.  You can also call us.


What happens next?

- After booking online, you will receive a contract to sign.  We have gone paperless.  You will sign with your finger or mouse on your phone or computer. It will take roughly 24-48 hours to arrive, but don't worry, as long as the email you entered is correct, it will arrive.


When am I charged?

- For all online reservations, your card will be charged the FOLLOWING day at 12 pm EST.


How do I know your availability?

- Our website and booking software communicate frequently and only show available RV sites during the dates you enter.  Super easy, enter your dates, and click Search.  Any site that appears in the results is available!





Do the sites along the creek have full hook-ups?

- No, our beautiful Creek Front Sites only have water and electricity, no sewer.  However, we have a dumping station near the entrance and a honey wagon you can borrow (you must fill, dump, and return empty).


Are they all  30 Amp? What about 50 Amp?

- Yes, all sites are equipped with 30 and 50 AMP


Do you have tent sites?

- No. Tents are not allowed on any site. No exceptions.


Are your sites pull-thru?

- Yes, we have some pull-thru sites, and you can see them here:  PULL-THROUGH SITES


How many people can I bring?

- 4 people are allowed per site; each additional person is $5/day. Eight person, max is allowed.


Are the RV sites concrete?

-YES, we do! All of our Full hook-up sites are concrete. The roadways are paved with asphalt.





Do you have supplies or food?

- Yes, we sure do!  Our Camp Store in the Welcome Center has hot pizza, fountain drinks, hot coffee, bottled drinks, ice cream, RV supplies, swimming toys, and more.  You probably don't even need to leave when you get here.


What are the Pool Hours?

-Our pool is open from 10:00 am-10:00 pm on a seasonal basis.


Do you have a hot tub?


- We do not have a hot tub but a heated saltwater pool!


Does PFRV have a bathhouse?

- Yes, we have 13 private bathrooms, each with its own shower. We have five at the welcome center and eight at the community lodge. We call it the Community Lodge because you can watch TV by the fire pit on the large balcony!


Does PFRV have a washer and dryer?

- We have eight washers and eight dryers that only take credit/debit cards.





Do you allow golf carts?

- Yes. You must be a licensed driver if you rent one from us. If it is a personal golf cart, a licensed driver must be in the front seat anytime the golf cart is in use.  You cannot ride between 11 pm-8 am if it is a gas golf cart.


How do I make a reservation to stay at PFRV?

- Reservations can be made by visiting or calling the campground office directly @ (865) 428-5841.


What is PFRV’s Cancellation Guideline?

- If it is more than 14 days out, we return everything except for the cancellation fee of $25.00 + tax. Cancellation within 14 days to 48hrs prior, you will receive half of your money. Canceling under 48hrs or leaving before the end of your reservation booked dates will result in no refund.  Learn more about our Policies here. RESORT RULES


How do I receive a refund for my deposit when I cancel within the guidelines?

- Please call the office, and we will issue a refund.


I am not happy with my stay. What can be done about this?

- OH NO!!  We can't have that.  Our top priority is to provide the best experience so you return year after year.  Please call our office to speak with the manager, and we'll solve the issue immediately!


What is the Pet Policy for PFRV?

- Pets are welcome, only 2 per camper/rig. Aggressive breeds, such as Pitbulls and Rottweilers, are not welcomed.  Pets are not allowed in the pool area, the welcome center, or the community lodge.


Is there an additional charge for my pet?

- No.


I have a service animal; what is their policy, and will I be charged?

- No charge and service animals are welcome.





Does PFRV offer senior discounts?

- No, not at this time.


Does PFRV give AAA discounts?

- No, not at this time.


What discounts does PFRV offer?

- We offer Military, Repeat Guests, First Responders, Veterans, & Good Sam.
