We really enjoyed this campground. Very well kept and the bath house exceeded expectations. Gnats are horrible in the area, but can be mitigated with spray. Each site was rather small for the camper and a car, but otherwise, it was pretty nice. We will be back next year for Jeep Invasion 2024!

Everything was good. Wife was upset that she couldn’t put up the dog pen since the dogs are use to going out in the middle of the night to do there business but that didn’t make the experience bad just a small inconvenience. Thanks everyone there that made it a pleasant stay

We were in an Rented Rv on honeymoon from Ireland. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities were the cleanest we had on our trip (7 states). Would highly recommend. Not too far from Pigeon Forge.

Great place to stay . Very clean sites and very clean and nice restrooms / showers. The ladies at checkin were very nice and very helpful if you needed anything. They have escorts to your site and the man that escorted me was awesome and was very helpful to get me settled in to my site . I don’t recommend the trolley though. They are short handed and we waited a hour for the trolley on the strip just so we could get back to the trolley station to get my car . They only come on the hour at the road of the campground . Then on the strip supposed to be one every 30 min but again there’s only 1 traveling North and one traveling South on the strip part of all the shops . If you decide to use the trolley the $3 day pass is the better way to go .

We had a lovely time visiting. The pool is heated and the weather was warm so our grandchildren had a wonderful time. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved the water slide and we like how convenient the rv park is to main attractions in the area. We spent a day at The Track and another shopping,
One evening/night we used the fire pit and it helped keep us warm after our night swim.

Great location. Close to everything but still not in the middle of the rat race. Grandkids loved the heated pool. Ma and Pa loved the help of parking the RV, saved an argument :)

Staff very helpful in setting up. Our rV site was not as big as shown online so it was pretty tight backing in and no place to park our truck, had to park up by shower rooms, website needs to be updated with site size and accurate picture of site. But as busy as all the parks are there we were glad to get a site at all. Thanks again, Diane.

This campground was amazing. Very clean. Well organized check in. Public restrooms were impeccable; each stall was private and included an individual shower, toilet and sink. The public area included two fireplaces with multiple large screen TVs. The laundry area was new and included multiple modern washer and dryer. The trolley stopped right out front and was convenient to catch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated to a warm 87°. Really enjoyed the daily trash pick up from each site. The only cons was that our T-Mobile service did not work in the park and the Wi-Fi didn’t extend to the back of the park.

We had a great stay; the park was clean, laid out nicely, and convenient to two entrances to Smoky Mountain National Park.
