Thank you for providing my family and I with a spectacular evening. Keep up the great work and don't change anything, unless you're going to drop the pool temperature a few degrees. LOL I know you have to keep it that temperature for the kids.

Thank you so much for the review! Actually, the heaters only cut on when it drops below about 82 degrees, but it has been so hot here that the heaters aren't even kicking on! We can't believe this weather! Keeps the pool nice and busy LOL Please come back and stay with us again when you can stay longer and relax more than one night!

I wish the stars would go up to the number 6. The sixth star would say "Simply Amazing". The staff was extremely polite. The visitors all seemed friendly. Bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept. Thank you for making our vacation experience Simply Amazing.

Great location. Far enough away from the hustle of the strip but close enough to get to it easily. Grocery shopping close by. Clean camp ground. Everyone was friendly. Will stay again

The park was clean well maintained friendly staff. My only complaint is how close the sites were. If it wasnt our friends that close i wouldve have moved. We couldnt even out out our awning

We loved our stay here at Smoky Mountain RV Park and Resort at Pigeon Forge! The bathrooms/shower rooms were always clean! The pool was a hit with the kids, they loved the slide and the fact that it was open until 10 pm. The laundry room was clean and accepts cards as payment so it was very convenient. There were two bath houses and walking to either one was a quick walk and very convenient. The campground in general was very clean and well kept. Everything was exactly how the website described. Check in and set up was a breeze. This trip we mainly did Dollywood and Splash Country and this location was great, only about 15 minutes away. Also located very close to so many great restaurants and other things to do! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip back to pigeon forge! The only negative was our concrete slab was VERY unlevel and we weren’t prepared for that. But we scoped out the other sites and will be sure to choose a more level site next time.

Thank you for listing some of the things that we feel make this a great place to stay. We do realize that some of the sites are not level, but we tried to keep as many trees as possible. There is also a natural slope in the park which works to our advantage when Waldens Creek floods. All of C row can be underwater, but the rest of the park is high and dry. Building a park in the mountains always has it's challenges. So glad to hear that you found other sites that you will stay in next time. We loved staying here! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the water slide. We were a few sites down from the playground and they had a blast playing with friends and riding bikes all around. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate and plentiful. The camp store was also a plus, and everyone in the front office was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The reservations online were very easy to make. The bathrooms are very clean,as well was the entire place. The pool is very nice and the kids love the slide.

We brought our grandkids for a couple of days. Clean newer facility with a great pool and water slide. However spaces somewhat tight and pool was crowded. Good if you have kids but a little too kid active to be a relaxing place for just adults. Still good overall.

During the summer the pool does get crowded, but that's why many of our customers come to stay with us. They enjoy the large pool. We hope that maybe you will come back in the fall to stay with us. By that time there will probably be fewer kids in Pigeon Forge.

Our family loved Smoky Mountain RV park and resort! The staff was so friendly from the beginning. Check in was a breeze. Loved the escort to our spot so we knew exactly where we were supposed to be without driving around aimlessly looking for our spot. The heated pool and waterslide was a big hit with the kids. The campground was always clean and as an added bonus someone picked up our trash every morning. My only complaint was the fact that the bath houses we’re full every night. Sometimes we would have to wait up to 20 minutes to use the bathroom because a lot of campers were taking showers. They don’t have just restrooms to use- each one has a shower and they are usually all full. Location is super convenient to Pigeon Forge and there is a dollar general just up the road.
Super nice place, we will definitely return!
