My kids love this campground it’s super clean the people are great. It has one of the nice’s pools and a great location.

This was our first time staying here and it was one of the best weeks we have had at a campground! They staff were all so friendly! My kids loved the pool and slide! It was peaceful and just an all around enjoyable experience! The bathhouse was by far the most clean bathhouse I have ever been in! We will defiantly be repeat customers!

Of course the pool and slide are always one of the favorite's here in the park, but housekeeping does an awesome job of keeping the bathrooms almost spotless. Great amenities, nice location really close to Pigeon Forge but without the traffic. Each site has concrete pads that have full hookups. Kids loved the heated pool and water slide. Main building has clean tiled showers and restrooms. Lodge in middle of campground has nice building with laundry, shower house, and activity space. We will be staying here again.

We had our first. Is it to the park this past week. The park attendant met us and led us to our spot in the park. He stayed and assisted the back in process and was very helpful. The park is clean as well as the bathhouse and restrooms. We will be back to this Newell in the Smokies again.

You know some people don't like having an escort, but we think it's a nice touch when you come to the park. We have all been to places that let you roam around on your own and then you end up going the wrong way and circling around and around! This also heads off a lot of marital issues if you know what we mean. LOL Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us and for the recommendation. Our campsites was very good and very relaxing. The bathhouse had a lot of water in them but after I talked to the manager it got better. The Laundry Room was very nice. The security code was great in the bathhouse. The staff/Manager was great. We had a great week. Thanks again Dee and staff.

This is our favorite place to camp! We have stayed several times already and have several trips to this campsite booked. The staff we have met are some of the nicest people we have met and they are always so helpful.

The overall stay was good. The park was nice and clean. The staff was nice. Only complaint we had was being across from the basketball goals. We heard balls bouncing from sun up to almost midnight a few times. I recommend moving those away from camp sites or you will have a lot more complaints.

So sorry about the issue with the basketballs. We are having a hard time with people ignoring the quiet time and also with children that are allowed to be out really late.
